This is a list of what each panel does.
Lava: When the time comes to take a step, you will instead take 50 damage and be unable to move. After dealing damage, this panel turns to Normal. [Aqua] attacks change these panels to Blank. [Wood] affinities take 100 damage from these panels, [Fire] affinities are not affected by these panels. After dealing damage, these panels turn to Blank. Fire Meteos are acquired from these panels

Ice: When stepped on, you will slide 1 sq in the direction you moved in. [Aqua] affinities are not affected by this panel. Also, if you are standing on this panel, the accuracy of all your attacks decrease by one grade. [Elec] attacks are amplified by this panel. H2O Meteos are acquired from these panels.

Grass: Before you move, [Wood] affinities standing on this panel will gain 50 HP. [Fire] attacks are amplified by this panel. After being hit by a [Fire] attack, this panel will turn to Blank. Herb Meteos are acquired from these panels

Aluminum: These panels cannot be broken or cracked. [Elec] attacks are amplified by this panel. Using a [Wood] attack on this panel will change it to Grass. Using an [Elec] attack will change this to Static. Iron Meteos are acquired from these panels.

Swamp: When the time comes to take a step, your Navi and all selected chips will take 10 to 50 damage. These panels modify the Solar Gauge by -1 bar. Cannot charge gauge while standing on this panel. Zoo Meteos are acquired from these panels.

Hole: These panels cannot be stepped on unless you have AirShoes in your NaviCust. They also cannot be stolen nor cracked. Most {Floor} attacks are nullified by these panels. If you have to step onto these panels to execute a {Close-Range} attack, it will not happen unless the chip says otherwise. These panels modify the Solar Gauge by -2 bars. Cannot charge gauge while standing on this panel. Dark Meteos are acquired from these panels.

Holy: These panels cut the damage you take from attacks by half, rounded up to the nearest 5. These panels modify the Solar Gauge by +2 bars. Can charge gauge while standing on this panel, regardless of flow of light in area. Glow Meteos are acquired from these panels.

Magnet: These panels will suck you in if you are next to one vertically. [Elec] affinities will lose one grade in their Dodge and all their attacks accuracies by standing on this panel. Certain attacks are amplified by these panels. Zap Meteos are acquired from these panels.

Sand: These panels stop you in your tracks and take one step to be released. Certain attacks are amplified by these panels. After aforementioned attacks, this panel will change to Blank. Your dodge is decreased by one grade while standing on these panels. Soil Meteos are acquired from these panels.

Normal: These panels modify the Solar Gauge by +1 bar. Can charge gauge while standing on this panel, regardless of flow of light in area. Air Meteos are acquired from these panels.

Cracked: After you step off of these panels, they will become Hole. If a cracking attack is used on a CrackedPanel, it will become Hole. Time Meteos Fragments are acquired from these panels.

Mystery Data: These panels cannot be stepped on nor stolen. After being attacked, they will become Blank. If at least one of these panels are on the battlefield at the end of the battle, you will get an extra prize. Soul Meteos Fragments are acquired from these panels.

Blank: These panels do not change the battle in any way.

Sea: These panels have the same effect as Sand. [Elec] attacks are amplified by these panels. [Aqua] affinities gain a dodge increase from these panels, as opposed to a decrease.

Static: When the time comes to take a step, you will instead take 50 damage and will not be able to move. [Aqua] affinities take 100 damage from these panels. After dealing damage, this becomes Aluminum.
